My background is not a common one for the wedding industry and it heavily informs my approach to planning and designing weddings. I graduated with my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in engineering from The Ohio State University and Case Western Reserve University, respectively. When I was an engineer, every client had a unique need and point of view. As a result, they each required a custom and creative solution to their project. I couldn't present to them rehashed ideas from another client that wouldn't work for them. The same is true of my clients now--brides and grooms such as yourselves! Each couple is different. You have your own style, personality as a couple, and your own love story. It is my job to make sure these characteristics are woven throughout your celebration. That is the unique perspective I bring to every wedding in which I am privileged to be involved.

One of the questions I get asked most often is why I made the decision to become a wedding and event planner. Simply put, I love celebrations and one of life's biggest is when a couple decides to join their lives together in marriage. This is one of the most important days of your life-one in which so much passion and energy is put into planning and preparing. I feel so honored to be a part of that!
